The Fresh Roast SR340 is a powerful, easy to use roaster with a short roasting time. One feature that separates this model from the previous SR300 model, is that it has a unique temperature control system, where fixed temperature settings can be adjusted from heat to cool at any time during the roasting process. The fan speed control knob enables you to get the finest tune of the roast, so an uneven roast if easily avoided. The machine can handle 3.5-4.5oz of coffee, depending on the bean. Another great feature is that this roaster is still as fast as ever, taking about 6 minutes to roast a batch, with about 3 minutes of cooling.
